Investment Intelligence Rating System See what the deck can't show you. Thousands of signals enter. One verdict leaves. IIRS reads a company the way your best partner would, then goes further than any partner has time to.

Listening to everything the company has said…
Every founder tells a story. We find out which parts are true. Not a summary. Not a gut feel. A reading of the company that holds up in the room, and holds up a year later.
01 It never takes the pitch at its word. What a company says about itself is the beginning of the reading, not the end. The rest is earned.
02 It knows what a company should look like by now. A team of four and a team of two hundred are not held to the same bar. IIRS knows which bar applies, and never confuses the two.
03 It gives the same answer twice. Ask it again next month and it will say the same thing, for the same reasons. Opinions drift. This does not.
Each company on its own terms Most of the market is unread. We read it one company at a time. A pitch is a story told in the founder's order. IIRS takes it apart and puts it back together in the order the evidence suggests. Sometimes the story survives. Sometimes something better is underneath it.
It asks before it decides Where the evidence runs thin, it asks. It does not guess. Most systems fill a gap with an assumption. This one stops, says plainly what it cannot yet see, and lets the founder show it. Nothing is invented to make the picture complete.
Investors know exactly which parts of the picture were shown, and which were only said.
Founders answer a handful of precise questions once, instead of the same vague ones in every meeting.
A gap that cannot be closed stays visible. It is never quietly filled in.
From noise to verdict Many signals. Different shapes. One line you can defend. Every signal about a company moves in its own direction, at its own pace. IIRS resolves them into a single reading of where the company actually is, not where the pitch says it is.
Score One number, on a scale you will learn to trust.
Verdict A clear answer, said plainly.
Report The reasons, written for the room, with the gaps and what closing them would take.
A memory that compounds Every company it reads makes the next reading sharper. Each reading is kept, with its reasons. A new company is understood beside the ones that came before it: what they looked like at this point, and what became of them. Nothing is judged in isolation, and nothing is forgotten.
It looks forward A reading that says what should be true next. Every verdict names a few things that should hold in the months ahead. When the time comes, IIRS looks again. The company either grew into its reading or it did not, and you know which before anyone else does.
What changes when the reading is trusted The first effect is a better decision. The rest compound. A single reliable reading saves one meeting. The same reading, applied to every company the same way, changes how a fund spends its year.
First order this week
A decision you can defend.
investors Walk into IC with a reading that was not written to please anyone, and reasons that hold when someone pushes back.
founders Know where you stand before the first meeting, and which questions are coming.
Second order this quarter
Time goes where it should.
investors Fewer hours confirming what a reading already settled. More hours with the founders who are worth them.
founders One evaluation, read by many. The same story is not retold twelve times to twelve different ears.
Third order this fund
The bar stops moving.
investors Every company measured the same way means portfolio decisions can be compared, revisited, and learned from.
founders A market that reads companies fairly rewards the ones that are actually good, not just the ones that pitch well.
Built for the room Everything it produces is meant to be read aloud to a partnership and survive the questions that follow.
A no comes with reasons Founders who are passed on hear why, in language they can act on. Nobody leaves with silence.
Quiet by design No dashboards shouting for attention. A reading arrives when it is ready, and not before.
